“For the past five or six years, since our move to Kelso, we’ve been delighted with the quality of all the work done at The Gentle Touch practice.  Appointments scheduled are very much kept to time, and yet the practice is only too helpful if there’s a sudden emergency; a loose crown, a lost filling or whatever. The system of six-monthly check-ups works well, and appointments can generally be scheduled for the hygienist on the same day.

In the past year, I’ve had a couple of implants, and the whole process, from early consultation through to completion, was handled very efficiently; with carefulness and practical explanations.  My dentist, Amber Aplin, has a welcoming manner and the necessary artistic skill to make the final result seem both comfortable and convincing.

Initially, I was very nervous about the prospect of having implants to restore the gaps caused by previous extractions.  However, I felt better with the support received by Amber in tandem with the support from Vermilion.
